Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Easements
The Declaration is the senior governing document for the Cradlerock Mews Homeowners Association. It defines the rights and obligations of the Owners and the Association, sets the conditions and limits on assessments, and deals with various other matters concerning the Property and its maintenance.

Election Protocols
These protocols were adopted by the CMHOA Board of Directors in 2008. Their purpose is to provide rules and procedures that will ensure the proper election of the Board and its Officers, in accordance with the governing documents. This copy of the protocols has been altered to reflect the Bylaw amendment (2009) changing the number of Directors from 9 to 7.
